Rolau Swyddfa
Bydd rhai ohonoch eisoes wedi gweld ein bod wedi postio dwy rôl swyddfa ar ein tudalen Facebook. Rydym yn drist iawn i gyhoeddi y bydd Mrs. Melanie Tudball yn gorffen gyda ni ar ddiwedd y flwyddyn ar ôl llwyddo i gael swydd gyda'r heddlu. Yn ogystal, bydd Miss Catherine Duke, sydd wedi bod yn gweithio fel ein swyddog presenoldeb rhan-amser yn y swyddfa, yn dechrau rôl llawn amser newydd gydag Ystadau Parc Pont-y-pŵl. Felly, mae gennym ddwy swydd wag. Ai chi yw'r person cywir ar gyfer y rôl? Ydych chi'n gwybod am rywun a fyddai'n berffaith?
1. Swydd Swyddog Cefnogi Ysgol, Lefel 4, Llawn Amser
Mae’r ysgol lwyddiannus hon yn chwilio am Swyddog Cymorth Ysgol, Lefel 4, gweithgar ac egnïol i weithio fel rhan o dîm o staff ymroddgar, i gyfrannu at fywyd yr ysgol ac i fod yn rheolwr staff brwdfrydig ac ysbrydoledig i’r swyddfa. Mae'r rôl hefyd yn rheoli'r cyllid o ddydd-i-ddydd yn yr ysgol o dan gyfarwyddyd y Pennaeth.
Rhaid i’r ymgeiswyr:
• meddu ar sgiliau cyfathrebu ardderchog
• meddu ar sgiliau TGCh rhagorol
• bod yn ymrwymedig i ddatblygu’r ysgol yn gymuned ddysgu lwyddiannus er budd pob disgybl, gyda’r pwyslais ar ragoriaeth a chynhwysiant,
• meddu ar yr hyblygrwydd angenrheidiol i ymgymryd â gwahanol dyletswyddau mewn ysgol sy’n datblygu.
Ein cenhadaeth ar gyfer Ysgol Panteg yw datblygu ein plant mewn sefydliad diogel a hapus lle rydyn ni'n gweithio gyda'n gilydd i greu dinasyddion hyderus ar gyfer y dyfodol. Rydym yn falch o roi iaith a hanes Cymru wrth galon ein haddysgu wrth gofleidio technolegau newydd a meithrin balchder yn ein cymunedau. Trwy wrando ar blant a chefnogi ein teuluoedd, byddwch yn meithrin amgylchedd parchus lle gallwn ddathlu ein llwyddiannau a helpu ein gilydd. Ein bwriad yw rhoi dechrau positif i blant i addysg gydol bywyd.
Gwahoddir ceisiadau gan unigolion cymwys i ddechrau cyn gynted ag sy’n bosib. Dylid gyrru ffurflenni wedi eu cwblhau i’r ysgol i’r cyfeiriad uchod erbyn Dydd Llun, 17/07/2023 am 9:00yp. Cynhelir cyfweliadau yr wythnos sy’n dechrau 24ain o Orffennaf, 2023.
2. Swydd Swyddog Cefnogi Ysgol, Lefel 2, Rhan Amser
Mae’r ysgol yn awyddus i benodi unigolyn brwdfrydig ac egnïol i swydd rhan amser Swyddog Cymorth Ysgol Lefel 2 sy’n ffocysu yn bennaf ar wella presenoldeb ar draws yr ysgol. Bydd disgwyl i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fod â’r profiad a’r dealltwriaeth i ymateb yn hyblyg i sefyllfaoedd ac ymholiadau gwahanol. Mae’r swydd yn gofyn am sgiliau rhyng-bersonol ardderchog i allu delio gyda amrywiaeth o gynulleidfaoedd gan gynnwys, disgyblion, staff, rhieni, asiantaethau a phartneriaid allanol, y cyhoedd a’r gymuned ehangach. Bydd disgwyl i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fod â sgiliau cyfathrebu ardderchog, a’r gallu i ddelio yn sensitif a chyfrinachol mewn sefyllfaoedd personol a chymleth gan gynnwys unigolion sy’n wynebu trafferthion neu anhawsterau. Mae’r gallu i weithio yn effeithiol fel rhan o dîm estynedig yn allweddol i’r rôl gan weithio’n agos gyda staff gweinyddol eraill, y tîm arwain a thîm cynnydd yr ysgol ynghyd â gwasanaethau cefnogi a chynnal allanol. Bydd angen sgiliau trefnu a rheoli amser effeithiol i sicrhau yr eir i'r afael â materion mewn modd amserol a bod blaenoriaethau'n cael sylw priodol o fewn terfyn amser penodol. Gan fod cyfathrebu a chyswllt gyda rhieni yn rhan allweddol o’r swydd, disgwylir i’r swyddog gymryd rôl flaenllaw wrth gyfathrebu yn glir ac yn gyson a bod yn wyneb personol i ateb ymholiadau ac i dawelu pryderon. Disgwylir i’r unigolyn gymryd cyfrifoldeb dros ddelwedd a diwyg y dderbynfa a mannau croeso’r ysgol gan sicrhau fod derbyniad cyfeillgar cynnes i ymwelwyr a bod y dderbynfa yn lân, broffesiynol a deniadol. Bydd hysbyseb y swydd hon yn fyw tan 21ain o Orffennaf, 2023. Cynhelir cyfweliadau yr wythnos sy’n dechrau 24ain o Orffennaf, 2023.
Bydd rolau hyn ar gyfer cychwyn cyn gynted ag sy’n bosib yn dilyn cyfweliad llwyddiannus a phrosesau recriwtio. Er mwyn gwneud cais, anogir i chi lenwi ffurflen gais er mwyn dangos eich priodoldeb ar gyfer y rôl. Fe allwch chi lenwi’r ffurflen gais yn y Gymraeg neu yn Saesneg.
Os hoffech fwy o fanylion am y swyddi hyn neu os hoffech sgwrs anffurfiol cysylltwch gyda fi!
