Gweithdai Bumbles of Honeywood
Dros y misoedd diwethaf mae ein dosbarthiadau Blwyddyn 2 wedi bod yn derbyn gweithdai trwy Gwmni 2B Enteprise. Mae The Bumbles of Honeywood yn gyfres o lyfrau stori sy’n seiliedig ar deulu o wenyn sy’n fentrus, yn arloesol ac yn greadigol. Defnyddir y llyfrau fel ‘bachau’ ar gyfer y cynlluniau gwersi dilynol sy’n rhan o’r rhaglen sydd bellach yn cael ei defnyddio mewn dros 200 o ysgolion cynradd.
Mae’r cynlluniau gwersi hyn a’r gweithgareddau cysylltiedig yn canolbwyntio ar addysgu plant i fod yn bobl ifanc uchelgeisiol, galluog a mentrus y dyfodol – gan gryfhau eu sgiliau mewn arweinyddiaeth, datrys problemau, gwydnwch a gwaith tîm. YEAR 2
Bumbles of Hollywood Workshops
Over the last couple of months our Year 2 classes have been receiving workshops via the 2B Enterprising Company. The Bumbles of Honeywood is a series of storybooks based on a family of bees who are enterprising, innovative and creative. The books are utilised as ‘hooks’ for the follow-on lesson plans that comprise the programme which is now being utilised in over 200 primary schools.
These lesson plans and associated activities focus on teaching children to be ambitious, capable, and enterprising young people of the future – strengthening their skills in leadership, problem-solving, resilience and teamwork. They are very much aligned to the New Curriculum for Wales and highlight where the content satisfies the 4 Purposes.
