Hysbysiad Ymlaen Llaw i Langrannog - Nodyn Atgoffa
Fel y cyhoeddwyd yn flaenorol, bob blwyddyn, rydym yn trefnu trip preswyl penwythnos ar gyfer ein disgyblion Blwyddyn 5. Bydd ein disgyblion Blwyddyn 4 yn cael y cyfle i fynd rhwng dydd Gwener, 4ydd o Hydref a dydd Sul, 6ed o Hydref.
Mae Llangrannog yn gyfle gwych i blant gymryd rhan mewn amrywiaeth o weithgareddau gwahanol na fyddent efallai wedi rhoi cynnig arnynt o’r blaen. Mae’r gweithgareddau’n amrywio o sgïo, dringo mynyddoedd, marchogaeth, saethyddiaeth, rhaffau uchel, a go certi i enwi dim ond rhai!
Gwyddom fod hyn nifer o fisoedd i ffwrdd, ond gwyddom y gall y teithiau hyn fod yn ddrud. Felly, rydym yn agor clwb cynilo ar Civica Pay. Mae hyn yn golygu y gall teuluoedd ychwanegu ychydig o arian bob mis i dalu costau'r daith.
Cyfanswm cost y daith (gan gynnwys trafnidiaeth, bwyd a’r holl weithgareddau) yw £168. Mae gostyngiad o 10% ar gyfer teuluoedd sy'n derbyn Grant Datblygu Disgyblion.
Bydd angen blaendal na ellir ei ad-dalu o £30 erbyn dydd Gwener, 10fed o Fai. Bydd hyn yn sicrhau lle eich plentyn. Yna gallwch chi ychwanegu arian at y cyfrif bob mis neu ar amseroedd sy'n cyd-fynd â threuliau eich teulu.
Bydd rhaid bod wedi talu’r taliad terfynol erbyn dydd Gwener, 6ed o Fedi am 10yb.
BLWYDDYN 3

Newidiadau i Drefniadau Casglu
Rydym yn cael nifer cynyddol o newidiadau munud olaf i drefniadau casglu fel pobl yn ffonio i newid os yw eu plentyn yn mynd ar y bws ac ati. Rydym yn deall yn iawn y gall fod problemau traffig neu ymrwymiadau gwaith sy'n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i deuluoedd newid trefniadau codi eu plant. Fodd bynnag, dros yr wythnosau diwethaf rydym wedi sylwi ar fwy o bobl yn ffonio am 3 neu'n hwyrach. Mae hyn yn ei gwneud yn anodd iawn i ni gael negeseuon i athrawon dosbarth. Gofynnwn yn garedig i chi ffonio neu e-bostio’r swyddfa (office.ysgolpanteg@torfaen.gov.uk) cyn 2pm i’n helpu. Rydym yn diolch i chi am eich cydweithrediad ymlaen llaw.

YEAR 4
Advanced Notice for Llangrannog - Reminder
As previously announced, every year, we organise a weekend residential trip for our Year 5 pupils. Our Year 4 pupils will be given the opportunity to go between Friday, 4th of October and Sunday, 6th of October.
Llangrannog is a fantastic opportunity for children to engage in a range of different activities that they might not have tried before. Activities range from skiing, mountain climbing, horse riding, archery, high ropes, and go karts to name but a few!
We know that this is a number of months away, but we know that these trips can be expensive. So, we’re opening a savings club on Civica Pay. This means that families can add a little money each month to cover the costs of the trip.
The total cost of the trip (including transport, food and all activities) is £168. There is a 10% reduction for families in receipt of Pupil Development Grant.
We will need a non-refundable deposit of £30 by Friday, 10th of May. This will secure your child’s place. Then you can add money to the account each month or at timings that fits with your family’s expenses.
The final payment will have to have been paid by Friday, 6th of September at 10am.
YEAR 3
Cardiff Bay Trip - Reminder
As previously announced, when our Year 3 children are in Year 4, they will be invited to go on their first overnight stay with the school. The planned dates for this is Thursday, 21st of November to Friday, 22nd of November. This is an action packed two days where the children don’t stop! From exploring the bae on speed boat, to bowling… from going to the Senedd to having by a disco… the children absolutely love their time with us.
We have a savings club because the cost of the trip is £90 (with a 10% discount for those receiving Pupil Development Grant).
If you log on to Civica Pay, you will be able to add money throughout the year. We are kindly asking for the non-refundable deposit of £30 to be paid by the Friday, 3rd of May. Then, the remainder by Friday 25th of October.

Changes of Pick Up Arrangements
We are getting an increased number of last minute changes to pick up arrangements such as people ringing in to change if their child is going on the bus etc. We completely understand that there can be traffic issues or work commitments that require families to change their child’s pick up arrangements. However, over the recent weeks we’ve noticed a greater amount of people phoning in at a 3 or later. This makes it very hard for us to get messages to class teachers. We kindly ask that you ring or email the office (office.ysgolpanteg@torfaen.gov.uk) before 2pm to help us. We thank you for your cooperation in advance.
